THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax and sunbathe, the boat will gladly welcome you The return route crosses the sunset with its romantic colours. We will spend the day exploring the island of Dugi otok and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. You will swim and snorkel in the crystal clear turquoise sea on the most beautiful beaches on our way. At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. If you want to learn something special while having a unique travel experience, come and try river surfing! There are different waves for all skill levels! Meeting at the wave, we'll get into the wetsuit, learn some basic rules within minutes. Right after that, you'll get the chance to spend 45min on the water. Changing afterwards again takes a couple of minutes and if you're keen we finish of by having some tea or beer in my favorite little cafe close-by. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. I'll briefly explain the materials of byzantine mosaics, then I will guide you in the creation of a mosaic jewelry base that will then be completed with beads, jump rings, chains or claps to create a unique ready to wear piece, for you or to give a gift. Don't buy a simple souvenir, create your own special "mosaic to wear" ispired by the Galla Placidia sky or by the Teodora brooch! If you don't like jewelry you can make a fantastic mosaic frame. Other things to note We'll be working with glass and it is possible to get a cut. Don't worry we have disinfectant and Band-Aids. Wir werden vom Niederbauen aus auf eine Panoramaflug (10-30 Minuten) vom nahe gelegenen Startplatz Niederbauen starten. Dabei versuchen wir den Gipfel von Niederbauen zu überhöhen. Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. Grundvorraussetzung für den Start ist das der Passagier fähig ist einige Schritte zu laufen da wir für den Start beschleunigen müssen um abheben zu können. Die Landung erfolg relativ einfach indem Pilot und Passagier sich wieder aufrichten und eine Schritte laufen bevor man den Boden berührt. Nach der Landung besteht die Möglichkeit Fotos und Videos (30.-) die während dem Flug vom Piloten gemacht worden sind anzuschauen und zu erwerben Ansonsten zu beachten Paragliding ist in der Schweiz von der Versicherung nicht als Extremsport eingestuft und liegt bei der Unfallrate hinter der vom Motorrad fahren und Skifahren bei 14000 aktiven Piloten in der Schweiz. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Partiremo da Garda e ci dirigeremo verso l'entroterra di Bardolino con le e-bike. Dopo aver percorso ciclabili e strade poco trafficate, ci fermeremo in una cantina locale per una degustazione di vini del posto. Dopo la degustazione ripartiremo per la parte finale del tour. È possibile utilizzare, in alternativa alla e-bike, un tandem speciale dove il passeggero sta davanti ma non governa i comandi, che sono comandati dalla persona seduta dietro. Entrambi i ciclisti pedalando! Questo tandem è ideale per persone che non vogliono o non possono guidare una bicicletta ma che sono comunque dotati di normale mobilità fisica. Attenzione! Dispongo di uno solo di questi tandem!
