On this varied experience, we will ride through the lovely town of San Pancho and visit some of its most interesting sites, popular spots and beaches. After a riding through town, with a brief overview of its history, we will enter the North East part of the jungle; enjoying beautiful and lush scenery until arriving to Hidden Beaches. Along the way we will also see and identify some of the local trees and birds. Other things to note: Wear your comfortable shoes and be ready to enjoy some exercise and time at one of the many beautiful coastline beaches around the Riviera Nayarit!

Welcome to San Pancho! Join this 2.5–3-hour tour to learn about the history and culture of this popular town. Our tour will begin at the Entre Amigos Community Center and warehouses. Here we will take a glance at the artist warehouse, Circo de los Niños, Bodega theater, Recicla Shop, Tallerera, and more before traveling via Av. Tercer Mundo to the Parque de la Hermandad to see unique street art, numerous mango trees and a very popular skate park. After the stop in the warehouse we will continue to Plaza del Sol, where more wall mural paintings by talented local and foreign artists can found and I will give a brief explanation of the town´s name and its relevance with Saint Francis. We then continue our ride into the jungle where we will be likely to see many endemic birds such as the Golden Cheeked Woodpecker, Chachalacas, Parakeets and many more. We will also see regional trees such as the "tourist" tree, papaya trees and I will explain the difference between coconut palms and the ones used for oil extraction. After having a snack and drink at the beach we will begin our return ride back to town feeling rejuvenated. Other things to consider: We will be cycling on paved roads, as well as cobble stone. El punto de reunión será en nuestro Temazcal Sagrado de Amor donde iniciaremos nuestra ceremonia con una charla informativa , mientras disfrutamos de una bebida, la ceremonia se desarrolla en una casa de vapor o inipi hecha con varas, que se asemeja al vientre de la madre tierra, a continuación los guías espirituales haremos limpieza energética para purificar tu energía, después haremos ritual para pedir permiso a las direcciones y ancestros (dioses) y entraremos al temazcal donde haremos cantos medicina en diferentes dialectos y con diferentes instrumentos prehispánicos para lograr una meditación y desintoxicación profunda. Nos reconectaremos con nuestro ser y el creador de la vida, nuestros ancestros, los cuatro elementos (aire, tierra, agua y fuego) y pediremos a los animales de poder nos ayuden con su medicina, meteremos las piedras calientes al centro de nuestro temazcal y pondremos agua y plantas medicinales (romero, pirul, salvia, copal, cedro, etcétera) para generar un vapor medicinal que nos purificará física, mental, emocional y espiritualmente!!! Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. We will hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. The hike is three miles(5k) round trip. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and the breath we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience. Comenzamos el día en nuestro punto de reunión , La antigua troje de hacienda el 20 construida en 1870 aquí vamos a conocer a nuestra pequeña manada integrada por Cantarito, Machete , Queso y Spirit estos caballos son parte de la familia! Vamos a tener listo cafe de olla y pan artesanal para contar la historia del lugar , conocernos y platicar con cada charro del equipo y acariciar a los caballos ! Después daremos las indicaciones de seguridad para la cabalgata, nuestros guías apoyarán al grupo para despejar dudas y montarnos en los caballos el recorrido a caballo dura 1 hora y 20 min , en el camino llevamos bebidas y nos vamos a detener en los campos de agave para tomar fotos y explicar algunos datos sobre el agave y su cultivo, al finalizar el recorrido regresamos a la Antigua Troje y ahí vamos a disfrutar de un delicioso y generoso almuerzo o cena!

Primero vamos a prepararnos mental y fisicamente para entrar al temazcal, hidratándonos con tés y bebidas de cacao. Concentraremos nuestra atención e intención frente al fuego antes de entrar al temazcal, en el cuál estaremos a oscuras en 4 intervalos de tiempo. Durante cada intervalo conectaremos con un rumbo y un elemento los cuales se relacionan con áreas de la Vida. Las Piedras Volcánicas o “Abuelitas” que calentamos hasta poner “contentas” o al rojo vivo, son introducidas al temazcal junto a nosotros y son “bañadas” con tés medicinales y el vapor resultante nos ayuda a limpiar nuestro cuerpo, mente y alma. First, we’re going to prepare ourselves mentally, emotional and physically to get into the temazcal, hydrating ourselves with different herb teas and cacao beverages. We’re going to focus on our intention and attention infront of the sacred Fire, in wich we’ll be heating the “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks) until they’re “happy” wich means they are red hot. we’re getting into the temazcal, wich is a secure space in wich were going to spend 4 intervals of time in total darkness, we’re going to hear and sing sacred chantings, each of this 4 intervals are related with different aspects of live. The “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks)are comming with us inside, we will shower them with herbal mixes wich will help to clean or body and mind.
