We'll begin with a slow nourishing practice that builds into a dynamic flow infused with mindfulness with a soothing savasana and a grounding Chakra meditation. Mondays - Saturdays 8am (630am & 930am available upon request) No Sundays! - We will meet on the beach (not on the street) in front of El Be! Club (beachside!). El Be is closed on the street side, so walk down the street, there's an Alameda #7 sign to guide you past Waffle Monkey, and you'll see us near the big tree lying on the sand. The yoga practice is on a flat, shaded space on the beach. I'll have yoga mats and personal brooms for you during class.

During the tour we will be driving atvs around beaches, mountains and towns, also we will be visiting viewpoints in the top of the hills to get beautiful pictures, the tour starts at playa Brasilto where you are going to get clear instruction of how to operate the atvs, also you will get all the safetly equipment, after this we will start driving north from Brasilito, diving along the coast line, going around playa Brasilto, playa flamingo and playa Potrero, after this we will visit the top of the hills and enjoy at the viewpoint, from here you will be able to see the best ocean view, all along the way we will be looking for Howler monkeys, after this we will return to playa Brasilto and finish the tour. Other things to note Bring beach clothes, we will stop at beach and is optional if you want to swim on the ocean, sunscreen is very important and don’t forget your camera

This is not a commercial coffee tour, it is an educational experience to create awareness in the only organic specialty coffee plantation in the Monteverde area, located in the Ecological Sanctuary, a 48 hectares family project focused on conservation, sustainability, agroecology, education and culture. In a guided workshop by an expert where you will learn from the basics of ancestral agriculture, how we create our own organic fertilizers, then you will know the coffee gardens planted in the forest that surrounds the Ecological Sanctuary, the drying area, and the process that involves the specialty coffee (history, plantations, growth, development, varieties and the science of flavor to prepare a good coffee). After leaving the forest, we will enjoy a guided coffee tasting, sharpening the senses to recognize defects, attributes, aromas and flavors in different qualities of coffee. Finally, we will create an interactive demonstration of the science of flavor and all the variables that an alchemist applies in the preparation of a coffee using different infusion methods. This workshop is an experience that will expand your knowledge of the world of coffee and help you become a home barista and an informed consumer. We also invite you to explore more of our property by hiking our trails, and connecting with nature.

We will meet at the beach in front of Hotel La Perla de la Playa (used to be Hotel Villa Amarilla), where we will discuss the conditions- tide, wind, waves, etc. We will start the lesson on land. We will go over how to stand on the board, where to put your weight, safety tips, and what we will be doing in the water. A little practice popping up in the sand and then we'll head to the water to start putting everything you just learned to the test! There I will accompany you in the waves and we'll start surfing! *Children 5 and older are welcome!* For those of you interested in getting your kids in the water, I specialize in teaching children. I have two kids of my own, both who having been surfing since they started walking, and sometimes even accompany me during the lessons :) *Other things to note* Bring your bathing suit/rash guard, a towel, sunscreen (zinc), water and snacks as needed. Do not bring any unnecessary belongings to the beach.

I'll check out a number of beaches around the Nosara area and devise an epic lesson plan depending on what you're after and where you're at! Our primary aim is to improve your surfing but we also get to see new beautiful places, meet local people, set up camp on the beach, and enjoy life and the waves. I pick spots based on our ability level, your aim, and the conditions in order to have the session you're looking for. We'll be at some of Nosara's more iconic beaches and I guarantee you'll learn a lot, see beautiful scenery, and meet great people in a fun and safe environment. If you want to learn the ropes with basic surf lessons, get deeper with wave mechanics and ocean awareness, or you're advanced and want video analysis and footage, or even if you're just looking for hidden spots to get epic nature shots, I'm here to help! Large group? No worries, I'll have another instructor tag along! We are all certified with years of experience and as fun and relaxed as we are, we take professionalism, safety, and surf coaching seriously. What will do will be this , first We will start by meeting at the my place at playa Brasilto where we are going to start the activity, once we are there I’m going to start by giving you instruction about how to use the atvs and give you all the safety equipment (helmet, goggles ) afther this we will do a small practice to help you get confidence with the atv driving skill, ones we are ready we will start driving the atvs north from Playa Brasilito, visiting playa flamingo, playa Potrero, playa Penca, along this 3 beaches we will stop to take pictures, afther this we will start driving through the Congo trail, one stop we get to the Congo trail zipline we will do the zipline, (this will take 1.5 hours), afther this we will get into the monkey sanctuary, ( 3 diferent type of monkeys and more) ones we finish this we will start going down the Congo trail and fisnish the tour at Playa Brasilito where we first meet. Other things to note Bring camera, sunscreen, comfortable clothes, bandana or face mask and get ready to have fun. Carry driving license on the tour.

We'll meet at Pico Bistro (a cafe located right by Tamarindo beach) and pick out a surf board and rash guard for you. Before getting into the water we will go through safety the correct way to paddle, hot to stand up and some surf etiquette. Before going into the water you will practice popping up a few times on the sand and when you feel ready we'll go into the water. In the water your instructor will be on your side all the time, giving you tips to help you improve your surfing as we go. Your instructor will make sure you have fun and feel comfortable, and get you riding your first wave! The lesson is 1.5-2h long depending on how many people we send per instructor. If you are a more experienced surfer, we can discuss what you want to improve and then in the water your instructor will give you pointers on how to perfect your surfing.

Costa Rica is a small country in Central America that is home to around 5% of the world's biodiversity. Most animals in Costa Rica are nocturnal. If you like mammals such as sloths, armadillos, active birds such as owls, amphibians, reptiles, and many insects, then this is the opportunity to carry out an outdoor activity and learn more about the nocturnal behavior of many species of flora and fauna. It is an easily accessible route of around 2 kilometers, the ‘jewels’ of the cloud forest shine brighter at night. With luck, we will even be able to observe the famous bioluminescent mushrooms. the place where I do the night walk is very close to the center of Monteverde Santa Elena, it takes only 5 minutes by car. Let's wait for you to observe how the cloud forest comes to life at night.

I offer a naturalistic professional guided tour in the cloud forest of Monteverde and surrounding areas . With 20 years of experience actively working in tourism, I will lead you along the trails explaining about the different ecosystems found here. We use a professional equipment , such as spotted telescope and binocular to facilitate the observation of fauna and flora. There are many interesting hidden animmals and plants in the forest and the only way to spotted them is with the experienced guide.

This kayak experience is not to be missed. What appears to be normal dark water, will light up WHEN YOU TOUCH IT. As the night grows dark, we'll step into our comfortable kayaks and get ready for a personal encounter with this remarkable phenomenon. We will lead you to the best spots, where sparkling algae accumulates. For a full hour, you will be enchanted by how every stroke of your paddle leaves behind a swirl of light, and fish light up their path like shooting stars in the water. The more YOU splash the water the more bioluminescent light you will experience. You are in command, the algae will NOT glow on its own, you have to ACTIVATE it with YOUR hands or the paddle. Come a bit early to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the bay and a nice cup of Costa Rican coffee, juice, and some snacks. You'll get a briefing, a suitable life jacket, before we go to the launch area for the kayaks. It will be like going on a cozy family tour, as the maximum group size is 10 people. We'll stop along the way, and explain more about the magical glowing water and marine life in the bay. When we return fresh water is available, as well as bathroom facilities, if needed. *** FREE roundtrip transportation provided from Curubande downtown to the Waterfall *** Let us know if you need transportation and we can quote you the service with a local driver from town. Our day starts by meeting at our office located 20 min away from Liberia downtown through the small villages of Colorado and Curubande. We count with two parking lots at our location in Curubande where you can leave your car safe while we do the hike. From Curubande we will take a 4WD for 1 km that will take us to the entrance of the waterfall trail and here is where the hike begins. The waterfall is well hidden away on the outskirts of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano . The trail is 1.3 Miles (2 Kilometers) singletrack so together it is 4 km. There are some climbing to do in elevation and some caves to go across. Later to reach the waterfall we have to swim 25 meters through a beautiful turquoise river canyon. This is a local experience that takes place where the Blanco and the Colorado rivers cross through, forming canyons and beautiful scenery which is why the water in their pools have that special turquoise tint.

This is an Adventure Hike through the river Guests can keep their dry towels, change of clothes, and wallets at the office and there is bathroom for changing available. We suggest bringing only the necessities such as phone in waterproof case, small water bottle for the hike so that you are able to focus on climbing, hiking, and swimming. Distance is 2k each way (1.5miles each way) to a beautiful waterfall through the forest and in the Blanco River that comes from Rincón de la Vieja Volcano to see the Waterfall. I guarantee you it's breathtaking and that it'll be the highlight of your trip in Costa Rica. We will have to cross rivers, go through caves and canyons. (I provide life vests for safety so if you don't know how to swim don't worry. We got you! ) Duration: 3hrs total including the time swming in turquoise blue waters . This waterfall is located close to Rincón de la Vieja Volcano. We are the best, come see it yourself.

We will meet in Montezuma's charming "downtown" for a bike fitting and safety check. We provide the mountain bikes, helmets, and snacks. We'll briefly chat about your past riding experience and abilities, and then gently roll out together on our most popular signature route, called "Easy Cruiser". Guests are required to have some cycling experience, but basic techniques (braking, etc) can be reviewed. This coastal route is a super scenic, relatively flat two-hour spin (200 feet of elevation change), and can be done at a very relaxed pace if you like. We will occasionally stop at select "off the tourist track" points of interest, and possibly take a quick plunge in the crystal blue "Rio Lajas". Also, we may be able ride to Cabuya Island on an amazing land bridge (tide dependent). As we circle back to Montezuma, there will be an opportunity to take an optional refreshing dip in a beautiful, hidden waterfall. Other things to note. We recommend drinking extra water prior to the ride so you are well hydrated. Also, please let us know if you have any relevant health issues. If you have your own bicycling shoes with cleats, please specify which type and we may have the pedals to match. We will bring tools for bike fitting.

I'll then guide you through the essential elements of beach safety, surf etiquette, and the fundamental skills needed for an enjoyable time in the waves. The class will commence on land, starting with a discussion about the current conditions, including tide, wind, and waves. Next, we'll cover essential techniques such as proper stance on the board, weight distribution, safety guidelines, and how to navigate in the water. We'll begin by practicing the popping up motion on the sand before moving into the water to put your newfound knowledge into action. Throughout the session, I'll be right by your side in the water, assisting you as you ride the waves. Remember to bring your bathing suit, towel, sunscreen (zinc-based), water, and any necessary snacks.
