Death in Venice Gelato is Toronto’s award winning best gelateria. I am the owner and the gelato maker of this unique gelato shop. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. Flavours such as smoked chocolate and bourbon, cheeseboard, Thai ice tea, pistachio baklava, coconut lemon cream Pai, peanut butter and croissants etc… are among many you may taste.. we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. This fun experience can be enjoyed at any age. We are located at 1418 Dundas Street West.

We will begin at the red barn where you will learn about this 12 acre sanctuary and the stories behind the 100+ rescue farm animals living on it. From there we will explore three different pastures that include horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats and a goose. While you are here we are thrilled to guide you through an up-close experience with all of these amazing creatures while they roam freely. Many of these animals will walk right up to you to take a snack from your hand or allow you take a close-up photo with them! During your 90+ minute visit, you will: -meet a tiny rooster -groom a pony -give a belly rub to a pig -feed a snack to a goat -stroll through the hills where our livestock guardian dogs work -take pictures with a sheep (or any of the other animals) -explore our garden orchard -learn about composting (with worms) Throughout your experience you will hear stories about the animals and get answers to your questions about how we give the love and care required for all of these farm animals. We will finish with a discussion about how you can incorporate different aspects of farm life into your living space, be it on the balcony of a tiny apartment or in a sprawling suburban backyard. She even gives tips and tricks so that every person who takes a class, always creates a piece. It can be a solo experience or you can share it with a friend, family member, or significant other. We use about 1-2 lbs of clay and you can create a bowl, vase, mug, whatever your heart desires! Artist supplies an apron, but recommends bringing shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. It is my hope that you will gain knowledge of the candle making process by providing you with a fun, and creative space to create your own candles from the guidance of your candle connoisseur. This experience is one of a kind and I would like to provide you with the best experience. *Pour Session: You will select your desired fragrances from “The Raw Edition Cocktail Menu," which, offers suggested blends that complement each other for a harmonious fragrance, before being led through each step of the candle pouring process. 
You will receive 1- 12 oz ceramic candle vessel, cotton wick, warning label, and all other necessary supplies to make your very own candle. It will take your candles approximately about 45 mins to 1 hour from your pour time to set. *While You Wait: Take some time to listen to a curated playlist, play some games, enjoy a drink/snack, or take in some great conversation. To top it off, take a picture and tag us in it in to let your friends know you just poured HAPPINESS in a glass!

Come snuggle with goats and horses. We will meet at the picnic tables at Sweet Berry Barn where we will discuss safely handling animals. Then we will bring out goats and horses. They are cuddle bugs ready to play. You may hold them, feed and take lots of pictures.

(Please note that pricing is per person.) Guests will be guided on a walking tour the goat farm, home to 60 goats. We will begin the tour by giving loads of information about goat care and dairy farming. Guests will have the option to play and interact with goats. You’ll definitely want to wear shoes that can stand getting dirty for this part. Goats poop wherever and whenever they want. We will finish the tour with an elaborate tasting of the 10 fresh cheese varieties we make weekly on the farm. We conduct our tours rain or shine. We have spare umbrellas if needed. Finally, we cannot have other animals on the farm. Our livestock guardian dogs need to remain wary of any other animals. Allí le estará esperando un almuerzo buffet caliente en la playa y muchas tumbonas para relajarse. Aproximadamente a las 16:00 horas embarcará en una lancha rápida para regresar a Bayahibe sobre las 17:00 horas.

We’ll then head to the famous Replica, a time capsule image of the old town square, where you’ll get to hear some of the history. We allocated free time for you to take in the views of the colonial architecture, the beautiful dam below, and to venture through the many shops the area offers. We’ll then take a boat ride along the hydrodam, complete with all-around views of properties until we make it to a private island where you can swim and take part of other activities! After the boat ride, we’ll have a typical Colombian lunch in the pueblo of Guatape, and then we’ll show you around the most colorful town in all of Colombia. You will have time to wander around its cobblestone streets so you can discover its magic first-hand! Finally, we’ll end the day with the best stop, the rock of Guatape! La Piedra del Peñon!
