I will help you get suited up in the drysuit and explain how to use the snorkeling equipment. Followed by a small briefing about Silfra fissure and how everything regarding the snorkel works. Wim Hof Breathwork session
Andri will lead you into a very unique approach to breathwork. The Wim Hof Breathing method. This group session will start with a short explanation of the benefits. You will then lay down for the led breathwork and deep relaxation at the end. Why breathwork? With chronic stress, anxiety, burnouts, and other stress-related conditions on the rise worldwide, it is time to go back to the basics and make fundamental changes for good. The good news is that breathing is now mainstream. People are becoming conscious of the power of breathwork for optimal performance and better health. Breathwork has been around for centuries. There are countless methods and techniques available today. From esoteric approaches to evidence-based protocols. Yet, all of them have in essence the same core principles. The goal is to bring you back into a state of balance. To your center. One breath at a time. Here and now. Breathwork has shown to: Decrease inflammation Enhance the immune system Improve mood and well-being Reduce stress and anxiety Pain suppression Speed up metabolism Improve sleep Note: You will be joining an experience with other local participants. Private groups can be requested at different times. Great for team building. Important to come early as the session will start sharp on time.

Hot and cold
I will pick you up from your accommodation in Reykjavik area form where we will take half an hour driver to reach þrihnúkahraun lava field where our adventure begins. We will head straight to Icelandic underworld to Explorer some of the most amazing nature's creations- lava tubes. Depending on your fit level, we’ll see anywhere between 2 and 4 lava tubes, which should take 2 to 4 hours. All depends on how well you'll move through tunnels and how fit you are, some of them might involve some crawling therefore we will start with the easiest ones and progress with difficulty level. After some time spent underground in a humid and cool environment, it would be nice to change the scenery, and this is exactly what we will do. We will travel to beautiful Reykjadalur valley, where we will enjoy another wonder of Iceland– natural hot springs. We will hike for about 1 hour through a picturesque valley up in the mountains to reach the famous Icelandic hot river. Here we will submerge ourselves in a natural hot geothermal stream and recharge our batteries with energy direct from mother nature. This part takes around 3 hours. The trip was planned to avoid main touristic traffic and take advantage of the best things Iceland has to offer- amazing, wild nature.
