Welcome at OffTrack Experience! Say hello to our friendly Alaskan huskies, who are ready for action! IMPORTANT If your date / time are not available, please send a message. Accommodation possible at our log-house. Espen & Delphine will welcome you at their farm, and ensure that you always feel safe & comfortable. At your arrival, we will equip you with good winter clothes so that you stay warm during the trip. Then we will take you in our kennel to meet our dogs up-close and personal. You will be taught how to handle a team of huskies, and we will explain what Alaskan huskies are, their origin, their history and of course why we have them today. After a short briefing, we are ready to head out & explore the snowy forest by dogsled! We will be out on the trails, with beautiful views on majestic mountains, for +/- 2h. You need to be in reasonable shape, to help and walk / push the sled on the uphills, and break / hold the dogs on the downhills, since the terrain here is slightly challenging. During the trip we enjoy a typical Norwegian outdoor lunch (warm reindeer soup) at our campsite, and some snacks. We will also talk about our daily life with 40 dogs. At the end of this exciting excursion, we head back to the farm, for some warm drinks in our log cabin.

This is a hands-on-experience where you do the baking and of course I will instruct you step by step. Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Start by setting up the equipment in the meeting point then go directly to the meat-packing district. a stunning historical area that turns from a slaughterhouse in the 19th Century to one of the most active vibes areas in Copenhagen. Check Christianborg where the Danish Parliman is holding its meetings, where we stop for a while and enjoy the non-changing scene of the city for 500 years, Some relaxing e-biking around in this area, we will see Vor Frue Kirke, Amalienborg Palace and Rosenborg Castle. That was deep dive into History, now, nature, green nature in Bispebjerg, say bye to the city while going to the Northwest of Copenhagen with a visit to this impressive Grudtvigs Church and hanging around in the lovely Utterslev Mose with its thousands of birds and sheep’ flocks

Two of my biggest passions are getting combined in the experience I offer. Photography and Outdoors life. From picking berries and the midnight sun during summer to get amazed by seeing the Northern lights above you in wintertime! Join me and my camera to create memories together! I am not a big fan of big groups, so don’t you worry! We will drive away from the city hunting the Northern Lights on our way, making nice (and funny) pictures. We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). Our daily free walking tour is a very good start of your visit in Vilnius as it gives an overview of the city and it's culture. The aim of the tour is not only to to show for the city guests the highlights of Vilnius but also walk the group through the secret courtyards and passages that would be hard for the travelers to discover on their own. The tour starts at the Cathedral Square and we present you the brief history of Vilnius. You will find out how our Grand Dukes ruled the city and what enemies the Grand Duchy of Lithuania had in the Middle Ages. You will probably be surprised to learn how powerful, big and threatening the country was in the past. After some time, we take take you through the narrow, medieval streets of the old town towards an area where mostly Jews and Germans lived in the past. You will get to know about different nationalities that lived in the city, how they all cohabit together and what happened to them, as Vilnius today is not so multi-ethnic anymore. For the dessert, we will show you the Republic of Uzupis – the magical part of Vilnius that has its own crazy story. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. Jag välkomnar till vandring genom vacker natur nära staden. Först hämtar jag er på ett centralt ställe för att åka kollektivt till ett naturreservat som är "mina" hemmamarker. Vi kommer uppleva matlagning över öppen eld, vid hemlig glänta och vacker sjö, med avslutande ångbastu hemma hos mig. Det jag delar med mig är min och mina familj och vänners favoritsyssla, och vi delar gärna med oss av alla kunskaper som vi har fått med oss om svensk natur och kultur sedan barnsben. Bland annat så klargör vi vad allemansrätten handlar om. En lag som är unik i världen och som ger alla rätt att använda den svenska naturen på ett ganska frikostigt sätt. Den står många gånger över äganderätten över mark.
